How does contracting work?
Once you’re ready to start implementing HyperTrack, you can enroll in a 6-week pilot program for $10,000, paid upfront. During this period, the HyperTrack team will provide support to help ensure a successful integration and pilot.
After the pilot is complete, you can choose to sign an annual contract. Discounts are available on all features at annualized contract value of over $50k.
Do you have a staging account?
Yes, once you are in production, we recommend setting up a separate staging account. Staging accounts are free and help you keep your testing and production environments separate. The staging account has feature usage limits and should be used for testing only.
Do I get billed for the usage volume on the Consumption Interfaces?
No. You can use the features across all interfaces without limits and at no additional cost.
